All transportation services provided by Gaea Transport are subject to the following Terms of Service. By using this website to schedule your ride, you are agreeing to these terms and acknowledge and agree to be bound by the conditions of use listed below and for any future revisions and additions as published on this website.
Reservations are strongly suggested. If you need to request a ride with under 8 hours notice, please call us at 971-320-0231 so we can ensure a driver and vehicle will be available for you. Your driver should arrive within the 10-minute window selected at the time of your reservation. It is your responsibility to please be ready and waiting to depart the pickup location within the 10-minute arrival window, failure to do so may inhibit our ability to provide service and may result in forfeiture of your fare.
Please include a day-of-travel mobile phone number with your reservation. You will receive a text from your driver 30-minutes prior to pick-up to let you know that they are in transit to you. Failure to provide a contact number for the day-of-travel may prevent us from providing service and may result in forfeiture of your fare.
When changing the pickup or drop-off location of a reservation, rates are subject to change and additional charges may apply. We are not responsible for unused reservations or costs incurred as a result of customer error.
Reservations for transportation to PDX or Union Station are valid only for the time and date specified. Reservations for transportation from PDX or Union Station are valid only for the date specified.
